Everything from waking up on a morning, to how motivated you are in the workplace, even your sex life, are all drastically correlated with your state of mind. But there is also a huge correlation between mental well-being, diet and fitness. They all propel eachother.

These 3 things work so well together, a bit like James May, Richard Hammond and Jeremy Clarkson. Like cogs in a machine. By being fit and eating a good, balanced diet, you will naturally feel a boost in morale and attitude.

PREPARE TO BE LESS STRESSED, HAPPIER AND MORE FOCUSSED

As a young man, I was using drugs, had a terrible diet, rarely exercised and unsurprisingly, was very depressed. By punishing your body and your mind like that, obviously both counter-parts are going to under-perform. Only through changing my lifeĀ  did I jump the terribly high hurdles of my depression. If that sounds familiar, maybe this is the right place for you.

Of course, there are many more ways to boost your happiness, focus and mental attitude.

I’ll be looking at other methods of keeping your mind happy and healthy. Small things like finding time to read, taking up a new hobby and cutting out those sour things you don’t need in your life. All these subtle changes can put you back on track, get you motivated and stick a real smile back on your face.
