In order to keep the engine running we need fuel. But what happens when we put the wrong fuel in?

Well, things start going wrong. The same thing happens if you don’t have enough fuel. Finding and creating a balanced diet that is right for you is an extremely important factor in living a healthy lifestyle; I’d go as far as saying it’s the most important factor.

People end up getting into bad eating routines through habitually cooking the same high-fat meals or because they think healthy food doesn’t taste as good or that it’s too much effort to make. If you’re one of those people, please keep reading.

I’m a firm believer that Mr. Adventurous Chef is going to live a much happier and fulfilling life than Mr. Boring Chef. Try some new stuff, if you don’t like it, try something else! There are endless ways to change up your diet and keep your meals exciting, your physique slender and attitude optimistic and positive!

 

 

Health Machine is hopefully going to encourage you to try new recipes, different types of dieting, interesting ways of cooking, new dietary techniques for getting lean, as well as helping you view your body as a marvellous piece of machinery which needs maintaining well in order to work at it’s absolute best.

I’ll be looking into diet plans to benefit a range of people, from skinny kids looking to build muscle to busy mum’s trying to lose weight, hopefully as my content here builds up, you’ll be able to find something suited for you.
